General Information:
- We are proud to offer free international shipping on all items for our customers.
- We are also committed to ensuring your items are delivered to you in the shortest possible timeframe.
- Shipping time may vary according to international time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.
- All orders are processed Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 UTC +10, within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
- In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
- To ensure there is no delay in receiving your order, please respond to any contact from our UGM Customer Care team ASAP.
International Shipping:
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country set by your local authority.
- This is not within our control and UGM cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
Metro Returns
We want all of our customers to be happy, to be happy with the items you have purchased from us, and to wear them with confidence.
Therefore, we are more than happy to assist you in the refund or exchange of items within 14 days of date of purchase.
All items are quality inspected prior to dispatch, however please contact us ASAP for any issues so we can resolve them in the most timely manner.
- Items must be returned in the original condition in which it was received i.e. unworn, unwashed, unused. If applicable, please include all original packing/casing with tags or labels still attached.
- UGM reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet these requirements.
- Returns are accepted within a 14 day window from date of purchase.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
- Refunds will be issued back onto your original method of payment.
- Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
- If an order if cancelled prior to item shipment, we will refund you the full amount.
